- We don't have our messages open all day, everyday. We will check them periodically within usual UK working hours of 9am-5pm GMT Monday - Friday and will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
- Additionally, if we're on holiday or sick there will be a delay in the reply. For this inconvenience we are sorry and will try to notify on here when this is the case, but this isn't always possible. On our return all messages will be answered.

We really do want to help with all issues that might arise, and will endeavour to do so as quickly as possible. But please remember that kindness is free. Threats, words of violence and messages encouraging harm will be immediately blocked and reported to the authorities.

Last date for guaranteed shipping in 2025 - 31st November
Xmas Shutdown 15th December - 12th January

All orders made on/before November 31st will be shipped before the Christmas shut down, and as swiftly as possible. please remember many of our designs are made to order, so the earlier your order, the better the changes it will arrive in time for xmas.
we cannot guarantee delivery speeds or times over this season.​​

We will be shut for xmas holidays between December 15th and January 12th.
we may keep certain products available to order on our website for a certain period of time, or open to orders sooner. But over the xmas season I will not be available by email or messages. All issues will be handled swiftly upon returning from holidays, I promise.
Orders placed in this window will not be shipped until reopening in 2026.
