We are a very small team that wants to help with any problems or queries you might have. As such, please bare in mind the following.

- We don't have our messages open all day, everyday. We will check them periodically within usual UK working hours of 9am-5pm GMT Monday - Friday and will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
- Additionally, if we're on holiday or sick there will be a delay in the reply. For this inconvenience we are sorry and will try to notify on here when this is the case, but this isn't always possible. On our return all messages will be answered.
- Our answering emails can sometimes end up in spam or junk folders, so please be sure to check them if you're awaiting a reply. ​​

We really do want to help with all issues that might arise, and will endeavour to do so as quickly as possible. But please remember that kindness is free. Threats, words of violence and messages encouraging harm will be immediately blocked and reported to the authorities.

While on Maternity Leave, we will only be actioning messages to do with orders. Any enquiries for custom work, commissions or other will wait until we get back in July.
If you are messaging about a concern, query or update around your order, then please include the following in the message to speed up our ability to action and reply. Please include the Order Number, Shipping Address and the Shipping Name (to confirm you are you), that way we can hopefully action all issues immediately on seeing the message.
