ALL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR OWN CUSTOMS FEES WHEN THE PARCEL ARRIVES IN THEIR COUNTRY.

Due to the fact we are a small UK business, we struggle to pay all customs fees before shipping, but we have also found in most circumstances that if customers pay fees directly in their home country it actually works out cheaper! As such please keep an eye on your tracking and pay any fees due. 

If the customs fees cannot be paid by the customer once the parcel arrives, and must be paid before shipping, we will reach out for a separate payment to cover the additional fees or refund your order. Unfortunately we cannot calculate all customs fees for every order and country within this website(this will mostly affect EU countries)
